Cardiology, Southern Nevada:  BE/BC Cardiologist to join a single specialty practice consisting of 2 IM's, 2 FP's and a PED. This group is well established in the community for over 9 years and enjoys an outstanding reputation.

Orthopedic Surgery, Northern Nevada:  There are four Orthopedists now.  All of them have consulting privileges only.  Can employ or put into private practice.  1 of the orthos is very part-time; another one does mostly sports and all outpatient, another one does outpatient only.  A generalist is needed. However, a candidate who is fellowship trained in spine and is experienced in spine surgery would be a strong candidate as well.  From demographic data, we can accurately determine that there are 130 spine cases being referred and there is the possibility that there are up to another 60 cases being referred from areas adjacently.  Additionally, the market is wide open for hand, sports medicine, total joints, hips, knees, etc.  Relocation paid and possible sign-on bonus.  Call is to be determined and an Income Guarantee of approximately $550K NET is being offered.

Internal Medicine, Northern Nevada:  Join an MSG.  This is a replacement position.  Starting base salary is $190K.  The average internist in area makes about $200K-$225K per year, and a couple of them make over $300K.  Call groups allow candidates not to take call on their own patients continuously. Ob/Gyn, Western Nevada:  Employed with hospital/solo practice.  Call Schedule: 1:3.  Four ICU rooms; Level I Nursery; extensive imaging capabilities.  Hospital Staff: Orthopedic Surgery, OBGYN, Family Practice, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics. Visiting specialists in Cardiology, Dermatology, Urology, Otolaryngology and Podiatry.

Neurology, Western Nevada:  Solo Neurology with hospital assistance.  Due to rapid growth in the area, hospital wants to assist a Neurologist in setting up a practice.  Ideal candidate should be proficient in general neurological, vascular, and stroke procedures.  Vascular fellowship preferred.  Call is shared, 1:5.  Generous compensation as well as relocation assistance provided.

Neurolgy, Northern Nevada:  Opportunity is for a physician to establish a solo private practice with competitive gross hospital income guarantee in the $300K NET range plus all overheard expenses paid.  Could also be a salaried W-2 employed position with full benefits package including paid mal practice, cme, time off, major medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc.  Sign on bonus negotiable.  A candidate who was fellowship trained in stroke, epilepsy, sleep EMGG, or pain management would have to be willing to do general neurology and also recognize that there is not enough of a population to support doing too much specialization.  Digital remote work can be done.  This is a replacement position.

Pediatrics, Northern Nevada:  Employed or Private Practice.  Four total Pediatricians, 3 now are in private practice. 1 is in a MSG.  Relocation paid and possible sign on bonus.  Income guarantee in the $180K - $200K range. This is a replacement position.  Call is 1:4,  675 births a year, no high risk. 25% are C-Sections.  This peds position does require C-Section and delivery call coverage.

Ob/Gyn, Northern Nevada:  (2 positions) Doing 675 cases a year, this is a replacement position. Relocation paid.  Either income guarantee or salaried position. $300K - $350K NET + $50K sign on bonus. Student loan repayment negotiable.  Neonatology and Perintology, and High Risk are all shipped out.  No NICU, a well Level 1 nursery only.  Regional referral center.  Can do a lot of Gyn and Uro Gyn work: Incontinence, Slings, etc. Can be busy immediately – turn key practice.  

Urology, Western Nevada:  Join established busy private practice with very competitive income guarantee, partnership and more.  Large referral base.  Practice will build quickly – ability to develop general and specialty cases.

ENT, Northern Nevada:  Have an ENT in town doing a lot of sinus surgery now but no tonsils or tubes and near retirement.  There is enough office space so that a new ENT could share space with the incumbent and there would be other "economies of scale" insofar as shared operating costs -- that would otherwise be duplicated if two ENTs were in separate practice sites.  Plastics, Head & Neck welcome.  Relocation paid and possible sign on bonus.  Income guarantee of $300K- $350K NET plus about $200K in expenses.  Exact call schedule to be determined but 10 days a month are required.
